The Summer Research Fellowship award includes a $1,000 stipend for the student and an additional $500 for the mentor to be used toward their laboratory supplies and/or reimbursement of student travel expenses to attend and present the research poster at an upcoming IADR/AADR or ADEA scientific meeting. Please note that to qualify for the travel expense reimbursement the student is expected to present their research as a first author on the abstract.
