Jennifer Englebright, DMD

An English literature graduate of Stony Brook University (BA ’05), Dr. Englebright went on to earn her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2009. She completed her general practice residency at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, New York the following year.  Dr. Englebright was appointed a full-time clinical assistant professor in the Department of General Dentistry at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in July 2025. Before joining the faculty at the SDM, Dr. Englebright worked in private practice for 15 years on Long Island. A proponent of organized dentistry, Dr. Englebright is the ADA Faculty Ambassador for the SDM and serves on the Suffolk County Dental Society board of directors. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Suffolk County Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
