My extensive training and experience have enabled seamless collaboration with colleagues and effective multi-tasking across multiple departments throughout my career. I have served as a residency program director, developed didactic courses in public health, team-based oral diagnosis, and smoking cessation, and currently direct the pre-doctoral oral and maxillofacial pathology curriculum. Early in my career, I supervised students and residents in general dentistry and urgent care clinics. My present focus centers on clinical oral and maxillofacial pathology and tobacco dependence treatment. I have mentored numerous students and residents, co-presenting research abstracts, and co-authoring manuscripts with them. Additionally, I have delivered guest lectures at local, national, and international conferences and contributed to institutional and national committees.
