Dr. Hill served as a lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserves from 1978 to 1981. Following residency, he opened his private practice of endodontics in Commack, New York, in 1983, and in 1988, he partnered with Dr. Edward Russo to establish Hill & Russo Endodontics. |
