Jeffrey Seiver, DDS, is a clinical associate professor in the Department of General Dentistry at the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. He serves as director of the Year II General Dentistry Clinic and as interim division director for the Practice Development courses. Dr. Seiver also directs the Discover Dental School Summer Scholar Program, an academic enrichment program that introduces undergraduate students to careers in dentistry. His academic interests include dental education, clinical training of dental students, patient communication, and practice management. Dr. Seiver has been actively involved in organized dentistry at the local, state and national levels, including service with the American Dental Association, and previously served as president of the Suffolk County Dental Society.
