Clinical description:
This 53 year old male presents with generalized enlargement of gingiva, focal palatal petechiae, and a three week history of extreme fatigue. Patient subsequently noted eruption of multiple cutaneous nodules of the face, neck, scalp, and chest. Diagnostic tests included: H&E, immunoperoxidase and histochemical stains, peripheral blood studies, flow cytometric analysis, and bone marrow biopsy.
