| Clinical description: This 51 year old white female recently moved to your area and comes in for an initial office visit. You note the numerous small red papules on her tongue, lips and buccal mucosa. The patient reports they have been present since she was a child. Her medical history is significant for a brain abcess 7 years ago for which she was hospitalized. She also reports that she has frequent nose bleeds. |
