| Clinical description: An 18 year old male presents with a 1.5 x 0.9 cm. firm pink mass on the buccal gingiva in the region of tooth #29. The patient reports that the lesion has been present 5-6 months. It is asymptomatic, but bleeds upon brushing. The surgeon reported expansion of the facial cortical plate. |
