Due to the limited number of fellowships available, the application process is competitive. Applications will be evaluated by a committee made up of basic, clinical and translational faculty researchers. Criteria that will be taken into consideration will include previous research experience, identification of a mentor, expressed interest and enthusiasm, and the student’s level of academic achievement.
