The Drs. Richard and Mary Truhlar Endowed Scholarship is designated to help fund the dental education of prospective students from Dental Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSA) in New York. Adding to its impact, endowment gifts to The State University of New York institutions in 2024 are matched by 50 percent from the New York State Matching Fund for Endowment Contributions program.
